The members in the Society are in different stages of life which affects also the active way of contributing to the whole. Each life-stage brings it special flavour to the involvement and the way of supporting mission. The young and dynamic members can do a lot of visible work which shows success and achievement. The middle-aged generation carries a lot of responsibilities and bridges the energies of the younger and the elderly ones. Growing in age and wisdom continues to contribute in a very experienced way our mission of following Jesus the Healer as members of our global Society.
Even when sisters are challenged e.g. with health issues it helps us to grow deeper into the understanding what being a healing presence means. Their life-witness is as important as active work.
