Formation/Integration is oriented toward a lifelong process of becoming the authentic person God created us to be. Experienced as an ongoing journey in transformation, this process enables members to seek wholeness in their relationships with God, with self, with others, and with all creation. The primary responsibility for personal and spiritual growth rests with the individual. Respect for each person’s background, pace, culture, and personal gifts and needs for growth are a guide for determining the time and space for the different phases of formation.
For vowed members, formation/integration takes place within the context of the Congregation’s healing mission in communities designated by the leadership.
For Associate members, each Unit, in dialogue with them develops a program of integration and sees to its implementation.
